The challenge

Building promo teams is usually slow and done by hand, using messages, spreadsheets, and lots of coordination.

“There’s too much of manual adjustments to make a Promo team for tradefair”

Agencies have trouble matching staff with events, and promo models don’t have an easy way to manage their profiles and schedules. This causes delays, mistakes, and missed opportunities. The challenge was to make the whole process simple, fast, and automated. Promo models – create their own profiles. Agencies, or clients selecting from the database and making reservations for required dates.

We took a lean, research-based approach to create a scalable, admin-friendly platform tailored to the needs of both promo models and agencies. Each feature was thoughtfully designed for efficiency, usability, and practical impact — no unnecessary extras, just tangible, measurable results.

Coding and programming turned the designs into a fully functional system. We built core features such as promo model profiles, agency search and booking, calendar management, secure payments, and integrated messaging.
